Part of my recliner couch was broken (the part your back rest on when your sitting down) the piece of wood snapped and fell apart I called 3 different companies one company told me the couch was broken beyond repair and the other company was not helpful in planning accordingly. But Roberic Furniture Group was on top of the process took a week, and the company was so cooperative. My piece of furniture that broke off came back fixed and feels great again!
